Admin/DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)

Your qualifications:

  • Installation, maintenance and operation of Linux systemsLoad balancing (Varnish, HAProxy)
  • DNS and domain administration
  • Web server administration (Apache/Nginx)
  • Load balancing (Varnish, HAProxy)
  • Config management (Chef and Ansible)
  • Network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VLANs), DHCP, TCP/IP
  • Storage systems (iSCSI, Fibre Channel, Ceph)
  • Operation of applications based on PHP, Python and Java
  • Handling and troubleshooting of applications in Linux containers (Docker, containerd)
  • Monitoring of complex web projects with Nagios, Prometheus
  • Close collaboration with in-house and external software developers
  • Experience with scripting languages: shell, python, php or ruby

And maybe even that:

  • SDN/Software Defined Networking
  • Work with cloud providers (IaaS, PaaS) such as AWS or Azure
  • "Infrastructure as code" solutions such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Arbeiten mit Cloud Native Technologien, wie z.B. Kubernetes
  • It is also important to us that you have a driving licence (class B) and a good command of English (written and spoken).
